Four movements from signal to conversation
The platform is being designed around a simple sequence. Each stage produces evidence the next one builds on.
Decode
Every opportunity and every institution is translated into a structured genome: sector, stage, structure, geography, track record and intent. The platform is designed to build these profiles from verified sources and information provided by the parties themselves, never from guesswork.
Map
Genomes are placed within a living map of institutional capital. The design goal is a view of where capital is concentrating, which mandates are active and how appetite is shifting across sectors and regions.
Match
AI models compare genomes to surface fit. Crucially, every match is designed to be explainable: the platform should always be able to say why an investor and an opportunity belong in the same conversation.
Engage
When both sides opt in, engagement begins with context: structured materials, a clear data room and a shared understanding of why the conversation is happening. People make the decisions. The platform supplies the intelligence.

What the platform will not do
No advice
Capital Genome will not recommend investments or advise on transactions. It provides intelligence; professional advisers and the parties themselves make decisions.
No arranging
The platform will not arrange transactions or carry out regulated activities. It is designed to inform and connect, with engagement always initiated by the parties.
No black boxes
Match scores and signals are designed to be explainable. If the platform cannot show its reasoning, the output does not ship.
